To set an appointment you may come in person to Briggs Animal Adoption Center, mail payment and information or
call Spay Today and schedule over the phone with a credit card. You pay Spay Today, we set the appointment and
we will go over the pre-surgery instructions with you.

Pre-Surgery Instructions:
No food after 8:00 pm the night before surgery.
Drop off time is between 7:00 – 7:30 am. Females will spend the night.
Cats must be in carriers; dogs must be on a leash.
If the dog weighs more than originally described, the owner must pay the difference to
Kingdom when the pet is released.
There will be an extra fee for any cryptorchid males, pregnant dogs or cats, cats in heat
or any obese dog or cat.
Any additional services not covered on the voucher will be charged to the owner at a 20%
discount off Kingdoms regular prices, and must be paid to Kingdom at time of release.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, call the hospital and the Spay Today with the
new surgery date. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice, or a $15.00 fee will be
imposed.
For your convenience pets may be dropped off the evening before surgery between 4:45
– 5:45 pm, to be boarded overnight at Kingdom’s regular boarding rate.
A valid rabies certificate and distemper shot record must be presented at drop off if the
vaccinations are not purchased from Kingdom. Double-vaccination will not harm a pet,
but is an added expense not necessary if owner complies.
Pet’s nails will be trimmed and ears will be cleaned while under sedation at no charge to
the owner. If this service is not desired please tell Kingdom at time of check in.
All new clients will be required to fill out paperwork and show picture ID. Please allow for
time to complete this.
Pets will be checked for retained baby teeth at time of check in, if any are still retained
they will be pulled under anesthesia @ $22.25 per tooth.
Rabies and Distemper are required.
