Sequencing Plus Option: Strongly recommended for templates larger than 9 kb and GC-rich templates.
(Sequencing reaction will be done with extra sequencing reagent at a $3.00 surcharge for
Internal Users).
Sample submission:
a) DNA template and primer separate:
Submit plasmid at 200 ng/µl – provide 10 µl.
Submit PCR product at 10 ng/µl – provide 10 µl.
Submit primers at 1pmol/µl – provide 10 µl.
b) DNA template and primer premixed:
Suggested submission amounts for 11µl volume are:
Plasmid = 200 ng DNA per 1 kb template (e.g. 800 ng total for 4 kb plasmid) and 10 pmol primer total.
PCR product = 20 ng DNA per 100 bp template (e.g. 80 ng total for 400 bp fragment) and 10 pmol primer total.
