Day 2 of the 12 Day Program – Harmful Actions
Dr. Alex Loyd: Hello this is doctor Alex Loyd. I want to welcome you to
category number two of The Healing Codes. This would be day number two. So
if you have not done Unforgiveness, go back to the audio and the email and the
instructions for Unforgiveness. Do that first and then do this category, which is
Harmful Actions. I hope you’re off to a good start. If you’ve done Unforgiveness,
you are. Even though you may not feel like yet things are healing, they are. How
do we know that? Because when we do HRV tests on people all over the
country, they heal. Stress comes out of their bodies, virtually every single time.
We recently got an email from Bill McGrain (?), president of the McGrain (?)
institute that’s been doing training since the 1950’s they’re one of the biggest in
the country at this, and they wanted to let us know that they had The Healing
Codes and they had weekend where they had fifty people, it’s called the Scholars
Reunion. They do it once a year. They had fifty people there with The Healing
Codes and they did an HRV, hear variability test, The Healing Codes for
whatever was bothering the person and then another HRV and they sent us an
email that said forty-eight out of fifty people that were there that weekend, were
in HRV balance after one Healing Code treatment. Forty-eight out of fifty.
Twenty-four hours later, a number of those people retested even though they had
not done any additional Healing Codes, and every single one of them that
retested was still in HRV balance. Meaning the stress was still gone from their
bodies even though they had not done any additional treatments. That’s how we
know, plus people telling us that their emotional issues are going away, their
physical issues are going away, even people who feel like their stuck and are not
getting results because they’re having healing responses, when they keep doing
the Codes, they always have a breakthrough. I don’t know of one exception yet,
and we’re four and half years later to that. They always have a break though.
And some of our greatest testimonials are from people who felt that they were
stuck, who kept at it and persevered. Now maybe that won’t happen to you,
maybe you’ll be one of the almost over night miracle stories, and I hope you are.
But either way, keep doing the Codes and it will change your life.
But I got side-tracked. Let’s get to Harmful Actions, category number two.
Harmful Actions—this is the primary habit-buster category. This is where people
come who are on drugs who want to get off, who can’t change their eating habits,
or exercise, or all sorts of bad habits and addictions. This is the category. But
it’s not just big huge stuff; it’s also little stuff. Harmful Actions are desires and
behaviors we continue to repeat even though they take us father away from what
we want in life. And all of these things can be divided into two categories.
Number one: self-gratification, which includes three things: harmful desires of
the five senses, eating, drugs, unhealthy sex, addicted to television, etc.; number
two: harmful desires for stuff, being money and possessions focused; and
number three: harmful, prideful desires, feeling like I need for everybody to see
me in certain way in order for me to be ok, so I’m really acting a lot of the time.
So that’s category number one, is self-gratification. And category number two is
self-protection. This involves doing something to distract yourself from emotional
pain, or control your circumstances to keep pain from happening again. This can
be work-a-holism, staying busy, figuring out ways to be alone, extreme shyness,
trying to be perfect. In other words, pain-staking attempts to control your
circumstances to guard against painful circumstances happening again. So, the
way you do this code, is just like any other. You have your prayer ready and we
encourage you do to your own, but feel free to use ours that’s in the pocket
guide; I hope you’ve got your pocket guide. You’re always going to need your
pocket guide with these audios. So say your prayer and pick out the harmful
action that bothers you the most, the very most. It can be something you are
doing that you shouldn’t be doing, or something that you should be doing that
you’re not doing. Rate it zero to ten, jot down real quickly what that is and rate it
zero to ten. Then pray about every harmful action you can think of in your life.
After you do that, you’re ready for the code and it’s right there in the pocket
guide. Exercise number one is two positions, six to twelve minutes, one to four
times a day. Again we advise you to rotate positions every thirty seconds for
however long you do. We also advise you to do more than the recommended
number of times so that you’ll get results faster. But we want to remind you one
more time about healing responses. If you start feeling worse, then do the same
code, but focus on your discomfort until it goes away, or if that doesn’t work, back
off your time because you’re probably detoxing faster than your body can keep
up with. So back off and then once you’re feeling better you can go right back to
doing The Healing Codes the normal way. So do the two codes there and then
re-rate your problem. And you should re-rate that after every code you do. So if
you do five codes today and if the emotion you feel related to the Harmful Action
goes down to zero to one after the second code, then the third code you’re going
to have another harmful action in mind because that one isn’t bothering you
anymore. Now you don’t need to focus on that during the codes, just relax, but
that’s the one you’re going to rate before and rate after. But you’re actually going
to be healing all of those Harmful Actions. The one you pray for, and even the
ones you can’t even remember because they’re all connected inside you. And
that’s how even the unconscious ones heal through The Healing Codes. So
that’s how you do the Harmful Actions category. And I hope you have a fabulous
day. And this is a wonderful category because it can break the bondages that
have been holding you back—maybe for your whole life. So we are so excited
about that. I had a professional wrestler that flew into Nashville who had an
addiction which falls in this category, which falls in this category, and he made a
ridiculous amount of money wrestling with the WWF, and he said “Dr. Loyd, I
either am on TV with action figures in Wal-mart and on TV all the time, or I work
at Wal-mart, there’s no middle ground for me. And I’ve already had two strikes
from Vince MacMahn (?), my third one and I’m out. I’ve tried everything inpatient
and outpatient.” He did the healing codes for two days. It broke his harmful
action addiction. He’s been great ever since. I saw just about three or four
months ago and he’s still wresting three or four years later, doing great. So if it
can do that for him, it can do it for you. We have lots of stories about breaking
little habits, big habits, addictions, and everything in between. So have a great
day, break those habits, break those harmful actions, live the life that you want to
live. The only way to do that is to actually do the Codes. So please do it. If you
