 Interfacing with customers for their new product requirements. Deftly handled Product design of parts based on
inputs provided by customers (scan data, sample, 2d drawing) as well as compressor valve design (3D & 2D).
 Develop prototypes to verify design, check form & fit and Cost estimation of tools.

Project: Cassette Type Diaphragm Chuck developed are to be mounted on CNC internal grinding machines,
which are used for quick component setup change like an audio cassette in a cassette player. It has a
coolant arrangement through chuck to wash out the grinding dust from clamping jaws or roller cages.
 Client: Bajaj Auto Ltd. & Toyota Kirlosker Auto Project Ltd.
Project: Collet Type Expanding Mandrel Chuck was developed to be mounted on CNC grinders & is used to
clamp the component bore diameter for its location. The collet clamping can be done through pulling or
pushing action
 Client: Ashok Leyland Ltd.
Project: Front Power Operated Diaphragm Chuck was developed for shaft and gear components with a built- in
cylinder for clamp/ de- clamp actuation & is preferred for large diameter shaft components
 Client: Cummins India Ltd.
Project: 3 Jaw Wedge Type Concentric Chuck was developed on on turret type internal CNC grinder of diameter
500mm which can hold the component diameters ranging from 30 mm to 315 mm. The chuck is tooled up
for 35 different types of gear components with quick setup change arrangement.

Project: Various Types of Diaphragm Chucks were developed for holding thin walled components.
 Client: Bajaj Auto Ltd. & Yamaha Motors
Project: Swiveling Jaw Face Clamping Chuck used to hold components like connecting rods & crank shafts.
