Booth Exhibit Registration Information
The Sustainable Living For West Virginia non-profit organization along with partners and
sponsors to date: The Greater Huntington Park & Recreation Division, Marshall University
Sustainability Dept., The Living Local Project, Ohio Valley Environmental Coalition (OVEC),
Create Huntington, JulNet Marketing, The Wild Ramp and The Center for Sustainability Studies
/ Davis & Elkins College, will hold our WV Sustainability Fair, at the historic Heritage Station
and surrounding area, 210 11th Street (Diamond Teeth Mary Way), Huntington West
Virginia on Saturday, May 16, 2015. 10 AM – 10:30 PM
The fair focuses on sustainable topics and local projects in the Huntington area, West Virginia
and region. These topics include: renewable energy, economic development, food &
agriculture, health, green architecture / housing, eco tourism, public policy, alternate
transportation, education, small / local businesses, arts & culture, recycling and more.
The Sustainability Fair 2015 Committee encourages environmental organizations, sustainable
businesses, renewable energy initiatives, local small businesses, artists, holistic health
practitioners, alternative housing, alternative transportation, and others living and working in
sustainable fields to participate. Workshops, presentations, children’s activities, music, visual &
performance arts are scheduled throughout the day.

Booth set up time:
 From 8:30 - 9:45 AM Saturday morning – We ask all booth participants to be in
place by 10:00 AM, as the fair opens to the public promptly at 10 AM. If you have special
equipment or a need to drop off materials Friday evening please contact me for arrangements.
Exhibit Displays: Please remain open from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM Saturday.
We hope you can join us for the other fair activities during the weekend (Sustainable Party on
the Patio at Heritage Station Friday May 15th from 7 PM – 11PM and “A Sustainable Feast”
Benefit - taste around style - dinner the evening of the fair from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM - Live music
resumes from 7:30 PM till 10:30 PM on the patio to wrap up the fair). Please visit our website:

Submit your registration by completing the attached form. Our exhibits are
juried into the fair. Sustainable Living for WV organization reserves the right to accept
sustainable related exhibits, projects and artists of the highest standards.

►Exhibiting at the fair is $20 for a 10 x 10 space. Smaller spaces available at a fee of $15
(Sponsors of this event receive a display area at no additional cost). Please bring your own
canopies, tables and chairs. Small spaces available under cover in front of (or inside)
shops – no canopy required for these spaces.
