June 8, 2013 (Items may be placed at the curb up to 24 hours before Pick Up date)
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED AND WILL NOT BE PICKED UP
Construction – Remodel materials including drywall, lathes, boards, etc.
Rolls of Carpet (4’ wide rolls & 50# or less are Allowed)
*Oil
*Paint (empty-dry cans are allowed)
**Appliances (Stickers may be purchased @ City Hall for Special Pick Up anytime)
**Televisions (Stickers may be purchased @ City Hall for Special Pick Up anytime)
**Air Conditioners (Stickers may be purchased @ City Hall for Special Pick Up)
Leaves and/or Sticks
Tires or Rims
*Car Batteries
Regular Household Garbage
Metal
Car or Bike Parts
Eaves Spouts
*Residents in the city limits may take car batteries, corrosives, flammables, toxic material,
reactive materials, paints and oil products to the Regional Collection Center in Bondurant.
You may call them with questions at 967-5512.
**Stickers may be purchased anytime @ City Hall for Special Pick Ups of Appliances, TV’s
& Computer monitors.
Appliances, TV’s, Computers, metal and other miscellaneous items also may be taken to the
Metro East Landfill for a fee. For construction materials and large rolls of carpeting, contact
a solid waste hauler to rent a dumpster.
