Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development), China Real Estate Association, China architectural culture center and

Exposition of Housing Industry & Products and Equipments of Building Industrialization in October 13 ~ 15,2016 at the
Chinese International Exhibition Center (New) " (referred to as "China housing expo).
China Housing Expo, an international, technical and professional housing exhibition, mainly introduce he latest
residential technology and parts, aimed at displaying energy saving and environmental protection technology , publicizing
low-carbon building, improving housing quality and promoting sustainable development of the housing industry. In 2016,
the China housing expo continue to launch "China’s home of tomorrow theme demonstration exhibition, the national housing

industrialization base development achievements exhibition and Top ten housing technology promotion exhibition.During
the Expo, there will be the national construction industry modernization exchanges and more than 20 technical exchange
activities.

Chinese housing expo approved by the State Council and the Ministry of Commerce, supported by the Ministry of housing
and urban rural development, is a high level exhibition in the industry.
It is the national platform for national housing
industry’s promotion and experiment, it also help the producers to enhance their technology and products, and make more
opportunities for them to exchange.

There will also set up a show area of residential industrialization demonstration base for demonstration and
recommendation purpose.

In order to further promote low energy building, there will set up a special passive and low energy housing area at
the expo. Some technology and building parts which meet the standard will be showcase at the special area.

In order to implement the State Council’s Green building action program " (No. 2013 No. 1), China housing expo
2016 will select some green building parts which are save, environmental friendly and easy used to build the
