RATIONALE AND SCOPE:
 To discuss EU-Russia joint-interest priorities within Food
Agriculture and Biotechnology, with the involvement of the newly
established Russian Platforms (Industrial Biotechnology, Forestry,
Plants for the Future, Food Safety and Animal Health) together
with the corresponding EU Technology Platforms.
 To share knowledge and experiences as well as to network among
EU, Russian and NIS scientists and facilitators in the field of Food,
Agriculture and Biotechnology, in view of enhanced EU-Russia
cooperative research, particularly for the upcoming FP7
Programme.
