THE RULES
I will come to all games and practices on time and be ready when the ice is ready.
I will notify my coach 24 hours in advance if I cannot attend a game or practice.
I will give 100% at each and every game and practice.
I will follow the coaches' directions.
I will respect the coaches, officials, teammates, opponents, locker rooms and rink facilities.
I will keep my hands, feet and stick to myself when not competing in a game or drill.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO BREAK THE RULES
1st time : Warning
2nd time : 5 minutes off ice
3rd time : 15 minutes off ice
4th time : Removed from game or practice (coach will speak with my parents)
*** All coaches and assistants have the authority to discipline any player.
*** These penalties are guidelines and may be stricter at the coaches' discretion. Any
issues may be discussed with the Director of Coaching.
PLAYER: I have read this Player/Coach Contract for the upcoming hockey season and I
understand it. I will honor it and comply with all the rules stated above while at practices
and games.
