Donation Request
Tim Hortons/Miranda Holdings Inc. is committed to contributing to our community. To
demonstrate this commitment we have developed a donations policy in order to better assist
individuals with the application process.
Every year Tim Hortons/Miranda Holdings receives many requests for charitable
donations to support the activities of individuals and organizations within our Western New
York and Erie, Pennsylvania area. Although we try to help as much as we can, unfortunately we
cannot meet every request.
Please note: Cash donations are limited. However, in-kind donations of food or gift
baskets are more likely.
Who is eligible?
We donate to:




Local organizations, teams and schools.
Projects and events taking place in our community.
Charitable organizations which provide community service.
Charity events to support individuals in the community.
We do not donate to:



Individual pursuits.
For-profit projects.
Endowments or memorial campaigns.
Time Frame
Tim Hortons/Miranda Holdings accepts donation proposals throughout the year and expects
applicants to submit paperwork for in-kind donations no later than 30 days prior to the event
for which they are asking a donation and 90 days prior for cash donations. If you have not
heard back about your donation proposal within 10 business days, please contact Krista Wagner,
