forth by Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (“TSE”) for the listing of ETF issued by (Name of the Foreign Investment
Corporation):
1. Of the Business Regulations, the Securities Listing Regulations, any other rules, and the provisions related to
their handling currently set forth and to be set forth or revised by TSE in the future (“Rules and Regulations,
etc.”), the Company shall comply with all the rules and regulations applicable to the ETF for which a listing
application is filed by the Company and is scheduled to be listed (“Listed ETF”);
2. The Company shall comply with measures taken by TSE in accordance with the Rules and Regulations, etc.,
including delisting and trading halt of the Listed ETF; and
3. Any lawsuit between the Company and TSE arising from the ETF Listing Contract or concerning the Listed
ETF shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
