Include the simplest of things as every little helps! State very briefly how you monitor what difference you are making in the box provided, i.e.: saving energy – monitoring of electricity bills.

You do not have to do all the actions listed to be applicable for the reward.

Tick the boxes of the things you do. You do not have to do everything to win a reward. Those short-listed for a reward will be checked on the actions, which they state they are doing.

Energy Saving

 Turn off lights when leaving the room and not leave appliances on standby (such as overhead projectors)

 Have switched to using low energy light bulbs
