Loftis Middle School Lady Cougars Sports Camps
Our girls Volleyball and Basketball Camps accommodate the varied skill levels of our many campers. The Camp will
begin on June 1 and ends on June 4, 2015.
Campers are encouraged to dress comfortably and appropriately for each activity. Court shoes with socks, shorts, and a
tee shirt are recommended. Camp fees include instruction and supervision during the appointed times. A limited edition
2015 camp tee shirt and supplemental insurance will be provided for each camper.
The morning schedule begins with our Volleyball camp from 9:00 to 12:00. Volleyball camp will be conducted by Coach
Janet Tate. A 30-minute break will be had for lunch should your daughter plan to attend both camps. The basketball
camp will run from 12:30 to 3:30 and is conducted by Coach Harry Mills. If your daughter plans to attend both camps
she will need to bring a suitable sack lunch. A concession stand will be accessible to campers during scheduled breaks
for cokes and snacks.

Volleyball Camp Only: $75.00
Basketball Camp Only: $75.00
Both Camps:
$130.00
Completed enrollment forms must be received no later than May 22nd, 2015.
Due to limited space, enrollment will be on a first come first serve basis.
