BREEDER’S INCENTIVE
NOMINATION FORM
Stallions must nominate on an annual basis in order for foals to be eligible and to take advantage of the promotional opportunities.
Entries by sires currently enrolled in the program are eligible for the JJBI purse with no additional fee. Futurity entries that were foaled
during a year their stallion was nominated (but for whatever reason the stallion is not currently paid) up can still compete for the JJBI for
an additional fee of $100.
2014 Fee $250 (note two options below) Limit 75 stallions. Spots reserved on 1st come, 1st serve basis. Will sell until full.

NOTE NOMINATIONS DUE IN OFFICE BY 12/1/13 . Any openings will be announced by Jan 1st when new stallions will be accepted.
OPTION 1
___NOMINATE STALLION
$250 Nomination due in office by December 1st, 2013 for max. exposure.
($250 total and your stallion is NOT included in the stallion auction)
OPTION 2
___ NOMINATE STALLION BY DONATING BREEDING TO STALLION AUCTION.
You must pay $100 deposit by December 1st, 2013 for max. exposure.
(This will be refunded if your breeding brings the minimum bid of $250) if your stallion does NOT bring the minimum bid of
$250 you will be responsible for paying the remaining $150 by February 15th, 2014) Failure to pay in full by this date will result
in $50 late fee per month until paid. If your stallion brings $250 or more your deposit will be returned to you in full as soon as
the auction check clears and you will NOT be required to make the final payment.
Note if you choose option 2 you must fill out stallion auction form on attached page.
Money collected from the JJBI auction goes towards the JJBI purse. 20% of the JJBI purse is held out for internet expenses,
auction fees, advertising, and administration. 20% to stallion owners JJBI futurity payoff and balance to JJBI payoff.

Note – December 15th, 2013 any stallion not paid in full or paid nomination for stallion auction for 2014 season will be
removed from the website and the spot will go to the next stallion on the waiting list.

1. I the undersigned hereby donate to the JJ CLASSIC, one stallion service, to the Stallion(s) listed below.
2. It is understood that the stallion service must brig more than $250 at auction, or the stallion owner listed below will
be responsible for the $250 JJBI annual fee.
3. No refunds for any reason.
4. It is further understood that the auction is to be held online and open January 1st, 2014 and will close Friday,
January 31st at 8:00pm (CST). The donor reserves the right to bid on his own behalf.
5. The bidding will begin at not less than $250 (reserve of $250)
6. Bids will be accepted in $25 increments and only accepted by email.
7. Bidders may place a maximum bid and will be notified when/if they are outbid via email.
8. A live foal guarantee is required with this contract.
9. You will be provided with the name, address and phone number of the winning bidder upon conclusion of the
stallion auction and receipt of payment. It is up to you and the buyer to make contact and arrangements.
