Seniors planning on attending Prom and Post Prom: Make sure you are passing ALL of your classes. If you are not
passing, you are not Prom and Post Prom attending. The Goal is Graduation ... not debatable.....

This is your last chance to get involved in MTPA's upcoming production of Crazy For You. Students interested in
lighting crew, sound crew, make up crew, and ushering should visit the MTPA website this week for important signup information. See Mr. Wagner in room 140 if you have questions.

Football Signup meeting: Any boy who is interested in participating in football next fall should attend a brief signup
in the cafeteria on Thursday, March 8th at 2:45pm. The meeting will last no longer than 15 minutes. If you can't
attend, please see Coach Melnyk in room 129 to pick up materials.

TO ALL STUDENTS!! Starting next week, the Senior Class will be selling Spirit Wear featuring both guys and girls
sweatpants, along with yoga pants. Sale will start Monday, March 5th and go through Wednesday, March 14th. Place
your order at lunch. Sweatpants will be $20 and yoga pants will be $25. Samples will be available.

Safe Schools Week is March 5th-9th! Show your support for school safety and a peaceful environment for all by
participating in our daily events Monday-Friday!
Monday March 5th: Student awareness will be selling "Don't be a dum-dum" lollipops for 25 cents. Each will contain
a statistic about school safety. All proceeds will benefit the Safe Schools Initiative of Lancaster County. See any
member of Student Awareness to purchase!
Tuesday March 6th: Peace Dove Coloring contest. Please let your home room students know they can pick up a
coloring sheet at the table outside of the cafeteria during lunch today. All submissions are due to Miss Bell, Miss
Winiarczyk, or Mrs. Chitwood by Thursday March 8th. The winner will be announced on Friday March 9th.
Wednesday March 7th: Wear white to show your support for a peaceful school!
Thursday March 8th: Wear your favorite tie to show your support to help us "tie down violence" in our schools!
Friday March 9th: Help us "Tie Down" violence by wearing your favorite Tie Dye shirt today! Staff that choose to
participate have been approved to wear jeans.

Student Awareness is now accepting applications for next year’s club members. Student Awareness is a preselected club for grades 9 - 12. If you have special interest in school and community activities, this is the club for you!
This year’s activities included a ropes course, Safe Schools Week and fund-raising events like the 5th annual
Dodgeball tournament that helped raise funding for Milagro House, a local shelter for women and children. Students
should not plan to be involved in other in-school clubs due to the time commitment. Students do not meet after
hours unless it is activity related. To obtain an application, please see Mrs. Chitwood in the Guidance Office.
Application deadline is Friday, March 23rd.
