Dear Sisters,

Well, another year has caught up to us and the holidays are upon us once again! What happened to fall? I want to thank all of the officers and members of the Elizabeth Fagan Division for all your hard work and dedication throughout the 2010 year. I appreciate your confidence in having me serve as your president over the past two years. It has truly been a rewarding, and at times, challenging experience.

Congratulations to all of the new officers for 2011 as you embark on your new responsibilities. My best wishes to Mary Marx as your new Elizabeth Fagan Division President, who, with her great leadership abilities, will continue to live up to our motto of Friendship, Unity and Christian Charity in the New Year!

Yours in Motto,

Sherry

Grand Marshall of the 2011 Detroit St. Patrick’s Parade!!

The United Irish Societies publishes the PARADE TIMES each year advertising member organizations, businesses, and families who support the annual St. Patrick’s Parade in Detroit. Patron ads, for individuals and families are available in levels of $5, $10, $25, and $50. Ads may also be dedicated in memory of loved ones.

We will have a patron ad form at our Division meeting, so be thinking of the names you would like to include in this year’s Parade Times. NEW this year, we will also have a “clan” pages, where you can purchase a full or

½ page ad for your family and include photos, everyone’s name, maybe even include something about your family history, etc. So consider celebrating your “clan” and support the parade at the same time by purchasing a clan page in the PARADE TIMES. Forms are attached to this Newsletter and will be available at our December and January meetings and are due, with payment, at our January 16, 2011, meeting.
