European life during this period of time by looking at the painting?

During this time European families’ consisted of the men hunting for the food
with their hunting dogs while the women were inside the house taking care of the
kid. You can also see many people enjoying themselves while they are skating on
ice .All of Europe was in covered in snow, As far as the eye could see.

11. The most remarkable figure of the Renaissance working in Spain was El Greco.
Look at “Resurrection” and one other work and compare his style with that of

All five of Michaelangelo paintings are religious paintings . Representing God,
and his creations and many other story’s in the bible. The Resurrection is no
different it tells the stories of the bible. I believe it is the Resurrection of Jeues.
They are all powerful and beautiful religious pictures. Michaelangelo and El Greco
did an excellent job on expressing biblical text in paintings. The color, style and
realism of their paintings are remarkable.

12. Baroque style emerged around 1600. Look up Baroque and list at least 6

His paintings are powerful, and inspirational. You can feel the spirituality flowing
out of his pictures. All oh is his pictures are extremely realistic with a 3d point of
view. The different layers of shadowing and details of his muscles and facial
features are astonishing.

1660”. How do you suppose Rembrandt changed both physically and emotionally?
With age you psychical appearance changes as well as your mind set. Rembrandt

15. Diego Velazquez’s “Las Meninas” (Maids of Honor) is considered by many art
historians as the world’s greatest painting. Write a one paragraph either
supporting or disagreeing with this statement.
I don’t think this picture is the world’s greatest painting at all. It is very beautiful
and elegant but I just don’t see the meaning behind the picture. There’s no
meaning to me the picture is meaningless. Paintings of that era should be for
meaningful and portray a story.
