Attention Tennis Program Participants
Starting on October 12th the Silver Lake Club began using a NEW software billing
system. This change will streamline your ability to register and pay for programs.
Payment will now be required upon registration for all club programs. The easiest way to
handle this process is to store credit card information under your user account in our new
system. Non-members of the club will need to do this. Once your credit card
information is entered, it is completely secure and no employee will have access to any
credit card information other than the last 4 digits. We take our member and guest
security seriously and have adopted practices to keep your information safe.
Starting Immediately
Guests, or non-members of the club, need to provide the following information so that we
can get you in the billing software and set up your user account. We will not ask for a
credit card until after you’ve been set up in the system and then you’ll be able to put your
credit card information under your user account. Please provide us the following

Please know that when signing up for private tennis lessons or group classes, try to tell us
48 hours ahead of time so that we (tennis staff) can make sure the check-in process and
payment process will run smoother for everyone.
