


Experimental fluid mechanics, including investigation of unsteady turbulent and
laminar single and multiphase flows, based on thermo-anemometry, PIV digital
processing of a sequence of video images processing and a wide range of sensors
Experimental and theoretical study of non-linear dynamics of deterministic and random
water waves based on wave flume experiments and a number of theoretical models,
including modifications of Zakharov integral equation; cubic and modified Schrödinger
equation, KdV equation, Hasselmann kinetic equation.
Remote sensing of the ocean wave and currents, using the Synthetic Aperture Radar in
regular and along-track interferometric (InSAR) modes.
