SPECIAL EDUCATION - FREE APPROPRIATE PUBLIC EDUCAITON (FAPE)
The district will provide each student with disabilities with special education and related
services which:
1.
Are provided at public expense, under public supervision and direction, regardless of the
nature or severity or the student's disability, and without charge to the parent;
2.
Include the variety of education programs and services available to non-disabled students,
including art, music, industrial arts, consumer and homemaking education, vocational
education and physical education;
3.
Provide an equal opportunity for participation
