LAS VEGAS HIGH RISE DEVELOPERS TO HOLD PRESS CONFERENCE
Developers of Las Vegas high rise projects unite with Richard Lee
to educate public on benefits of high rise living;
demonstrate strength of market via projects under construction;
announce formation of Las Vegas High Rise Alliance
WHAT:
Las Vegas developers of high rise projects, including Sky Las Vegas, Allure,
Boca Raton and Panorama, will hold a press conference with Richard Lee,
vice president and director of public relations for First American Title Company,
to demonstrate the viability of the Las Vegas high rise market via multiple
projects currently under construction; discuss the local economic impact of high
rise development; and announce the formation of a Las Vegas High Rise
Marketing Alliance.
WHEN:

9:45 am – Arrival time
10:00 am – Attendees will be given hard hats and taken on a lift by contractor,
MJ Dean, to the 18th floor of the Sky Las Vegas tower currently under
construction.
10:15 am – Introduction and welcome from Sky Director of Marketing, Gina

10:17 am – Announcement of Las Vegas High Rise Alliance by Bea Goodwin
10:19 am – Keynote address by Richard Lee
10:35 am – 15-minute Question and Answer session with high rise developers
including:
