Irene M. HARVIE (known as "Harve") was born in 1886 and died in a Nursing Home in
Powassan, Ontario in 1980. She went up there from Rosseau to the Nursing Home in
Powassan. She was the last of the four to die. When I knew her she was pretty elderly
(as they all were) and they lived together in Rosseau. Jean and Pat did all the talking
and told alot of stories, Aunt Harve was pretty quiet and seemed to do the kitchen work
and sit and listen.

HARVIE, Mildred Irene, female, born 12 Nov 1886, daughter of James HARVIE, stage
proprietor, and Jane BLAIN, informant - James Harvie of Rosseau, Humphrey twp.
Her cousin was, Jean BLAIN (1880-1979), who was the widow of Claude H. RHOADS
(1880-1966) when I knew her. He was from the US and they had lived down there - he
made a great deal of money in the Santa Fe railroad and talked about planting orange
groves in California.

BLAIN, Jean Annie, female, born 6 Sept 1880, daughter of Wm BLAIN, porter, and
Catherine McKINLAY, informant - Wm Blain, of Elgin St., Orillia.
My aunts were - Gertrude Margeurite WILLCOCK, known as "Pat" (1893-1980) and her
sister, Olive Louise WILLCOCK (1891-1954). They were actually aunts to my
grandmother, younger sisters to her mother, Ella Maud Willcock (1883-1954).
Jean, Claude and Harve are all buried in St Andrews Cemetery in Orillia. The
tombstone reads:
