line, warmers were much more expensive.

Go ahead and purchase two for the home
side. Joyce will call Spider for wattage. 9/2
Spider said these are 40 amp outlets need to
check with Carnegie on the amp/wattage of
an industrial strength microwave, John
stated we should get an industrial one so
that it holds up longer. Team agreed on
household microwaves are fine, via email.
9/3 Joyce will pick up two at Walmart
tonight.
We all feel we need more inventory,
Buttons will go thru and add up what we
need to purchase and ask Brian to get. 9/3
worked with Brian on the next inventory
run.

9/2 Joyce will check with Carnegie on this
when she goes to pick up pretzel warmer
9/3 Kelly is going to try and order from
Conrads. Joyce sent her picture of what
they look like.
Check on pricing and how many to order at
what times with Cathy Moore 9/2 Joyce
took letter down to Kevin. Pizzas are $9.50
each, we make 100% profit on this. He said
we normally have gone thru 40-50 pizzas a
game and that last year they must have
gotten pizza somewhere else. Order 30
minutes ahead of time and start ordering
around 615pm. We get pepperoni – big
daddies. Letter stated to cut the pieces
more even and had a listing of the home
games. 9/3 Buttons ordered 10 pizzas to
start with, on the average we use 20-30
pizzas. Kelly rechecked the numbers on
what we ordered last year.
To order 40 from bakery, sell at $1.25 see
how they go. 9/21 changed order to 25
gobs and 75 pepperoni rolls.
9/3 Ordered and will be picked up and
bagged. 5 lollis in bag for 50 cents.
Joyce will check with Kim to be sure she
has a roaster to cook hot dogs and let her
know sauerkraut is in frig. Also I am going
to ask Kim to get pricing on kielbasa….and
see if we can sell that instead of hot
sausage. 9/2 Checked with Kim, our
roaster is missing from the concession
stand, we may have to purchase a new one.
Joyce has an extra one for the first game but
will also check on them at Carnegie. Kim
will also be checking on price of kielbasa.
9/3 Going to try kielbasa ($2.49 lb),
discussion on pricing, going with $1.50.
9/21 Kielbasa didn’t sell, not sure people
knew about it, scrapped idea.
Home side in frig…need cut up. 9/2 asked

Joyce when checking with Kim will let her
know Buttons has one. 9/2 Told Kim last
night that Buttons would be bringing it to
the bonfire and to get it from her there.

To get some extra so we have enough 9/3 Joyce to
get some at walmart tonight.
Will check with Mcdonalds to get “free” drink
donated and if not, will purchase drink from
Stagers. Have big container to make it in…that
has dispenser 9/2 Dropped off letter to Mcdonalds
about the drink, they will call me back. Backup is
to get the drink from Stagers..Joyce makes this for
church and we have a big Jug dispenser at church
we can borrow. 9/3 Joyce to buy dispenser at
Walmart. 2 cans of lemonade also down there.
McDonalds will supply 2 orange drinks per game
if we need more we can let them know. And 500
cups.
Will inquire from school if they have a table that
we can use, Joyce will call Spider 9/2 Spider said
the old table fell apart it was wet and he will get us
another plastic one. Will have it down there for
the first game.
