




Location – Wine Country will be held in Toppenish, just 20 minutes southeast of
Yakima in beautiful, SUNNY eastern Washington.
Full Day Friday- The meet will be 3 full days. Warm ups will begin at 7:30 a.m. each
day of the meet with the events starting at 8:30 a.m.
Fly-Over starts - will be used for all sessions.
Entry Limit - All swimmers will be limited to 4 individual events and 1 relay each day.

Manager software may download Hy-Tek® TM Lite for free from this link:
http://www.hy-tekltd.com/downloads.html.
Timers From Each Team Needed
Staffing the lane timers will require volunteers from all teams for the meet to operate
uninterrupted. Please prepare your parents to volunteer. A timer registration will be
posted at the starting end of the pool, and volunteers and timers are encouraged to sign
in early. The swimmers entered in the 400 freestyle, 400 IM, and 1500 freestyle events
will need to provide their own timers (and counter for the 1500).
Officials
Officials from visiting teams are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
Relays
The 200 Freestyle and Medley Relays are required to make their 50 and 150 exchanges
in the water as the far end of the pool is not deep enough to permit starts from the deck.
RV’s, Camping, and Parking
No arrivals before 5:00 PM Thursday, June 19th. The grass is not for parking cars or
campers - tents only. RV parking is limited to the empty lot near the Parks & Recreation
