plastic pickles.
Miracle of Lights:
Costumes: Nothing in particular
Props:
Each child needs a SMALL, STRAIGHT flashlight that is easy to turn on and off. We are turning
these into candles so they can't be the large flashlights with the big handle nor can they have a bend in
them.
Table, Large Menorah, Table Cloth (something with Hannukah theme would be perfect)
Grade 5 and 6:
Brandon, Sedona, Tim, Brooke, Audrey, Hunter, Sasha, Sheilagh, Zach S., Nick, Nicole S. - all need
sombreros and/or colourful ponchos. Any type of pants, shirts, dresses, skirts will be suitable.
Sedona, Tim and Brooke all need brooms (regular kitchen type brooms, corn brooms, not a push
broom), Brandon and Audrey each need a large paint brush and paint can, Hunter, Sasha and Sheilagh
all need a medium sized box wrapped in festive paper, Zach S., Nick and Nicole S., all need mops or
Scrub brushes and a mop pail. If at least 5 of the above people could have kimono that would be
fantastic. Everyone should be dressed in all white or all black. Nothing too dressy or showy.
Emma and August – no particular costume. They are at a Christmas party where they are hunting for a
pickle in the Christmas Tree. Could be any type of festive dress or just everyday clothes.
Megan, Felicia, Steven K., Sydney M., and Nathan all need to be dressed nicely, nothing too flashy.
No jeans please.
If your child or their class isn't specifically mentioned in regards to costume or specific props that they
need, just dress nicely. Also, the props that are listed for each class are things that we will need to
acquire for each song or scene. If you have access to any of these, whether or not your child is in that
scene or song, please let me know if we can borrow them for our production. You can reach me by
