The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system divides the Wichita area into several
geographic zones. In addition, zones are included for suburban Sedgwick County as well as
other south central Kansas counties for which the MLS system has listed properties. A map
of these zones can be obtained from the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS ®. For

RE Zone 100: West Wichita, properties west of the "Big Ditch"
RE Zone 200: Southwest Wichita, properties south of US-54 (Kellogg) and west of
Broadway
RE Zone 300: Northwest Wichita, properties north of US-54 (Kellogg) and west of
Broadway
RE Zone 400: Northeast Wichita, properties north of US-54 (Kellogg) and east of
Broadway
RE Zone 500: Southeast Wichita, properties south of US-54 (Kellogg) and east of
Broadway
RE Zone 600: Southwest suburban Sedgwick County including: Cheney,
Clearwater, Garden Plain , Goddard, Haysville and Viola
RE Zone 700: Northwest suburban Sedgwick County including: Andale, Bentley,
Colwich, Maize, Mt. Hope and Valley Center
RE Zone 800: Northeast suburban Sedgwick County including: Kechi and Park City
RE Zone 900: Southeast suburban Sedgwick County including: Derby and Mulvane
RE Zone Butler County: All of Butler County
RE Zone Cowley County: All of Cowley County including: Udall and Winfield
RE Zone Harvey County: All of Harvey County including: Newton
RE Zone Sumner County: All of Sumner County
RE Zone Other: All other counties in south central Kansas for which properties
have been listed in the MLS system
