Parents and Guardians,
The choral program is off to a great start already this year! This letter is a reminder that all
chorus fees and permission forms are due back in the chorus room no later than September 4th!
Below you will find the three different options depending on what materials your child already
has based on their previous years in chorus. If your child is in 6th grade they should be
checking choice one.
SHIRT SIZE (adult sizes for both shirts): S M L XL XXL 3XL
Choice 1 Total: $50 (ALL 6th grade students should select this option)
___ I am purchasing a royal blue concert polo from BCMS for $15, a blue t-shirt for field trips
for $10, and am including the $25 chorus fee for LGPE, choral workbook and chorus awards.
Choice 2 Total: $40
____ I am purchasing either the royal blue concert polo or the blue t-shirt for field trips (please
circle which) and am including the $25 chorus fee for LGPE, choral workbook and chorus
awards.
Choice 3 Total: $25
____ Included in this envelope is the $25 chorus fee for LGPE, choral workbook and chorus
awards.
I already own the royal blue concert polo from BCMS Choral Program and the blue t-shirt for
field trips that I plan to reuse.
