WELCOME
LIFE-CHANGING TECHNOLOGY THAT INSPIRES
We’re glad you’re able to join us. Today you can experience the wonder and power of assistive
technology. The people who design and distribute this life-changing technology, our exhibitors, are
eager to discuss what AT can do for you!
This guide is a complementary piece to the Education Program and Education Session Grid
distributed at registration to all one-day and full conference attendees.
The Exhibit Hall Guide helps you easily locate exhibitors and prepare a plan of attack to maximize
your visit to one of the most comprehensive AT-related product/service exhibitions within North
America. Listed alphabetically and by market segment, your guide will help you identify the exhibitors
most relevant to your needs.
STEP 1: FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH EXHIBITORS
Play the Passport to Prizes game and visit any of the participating exhibitor booths for details. Game
cards are available in each registration bag or additional cards can be picked up at registration
located in the Sierra Foyer. Pressed for time? Review the alphabetical exhibitor listing, note booth
numbers and locate these booths on the Exhibit Hall map. A large map diagram is displayed at the
entrance way of the Exhibit Hall.
STEP 2: NEED MORE DETAILED EXHIBITOR INFORMATION?
Expand your search for exhibitors that just might offer “the missing link” to improve the quality of your
own or someone else’s life. Search the Market Segment Listing to identify exhibitors offering products
in your greatest areas of interest, and then further narrow your search by reading their exhibitor
profiles.
STEP 3: LEARN ALL YOU CAN
Come hear about the latest technology from Microsoft and their AT partners in the AT Education
Theater – presented by Microsoft in the Caribbean III Ballroom.
Refer to the onsite daily for the latest exhibitor changes or Exhibit Hall updates. Regrettably, late
changes made to the printed exhibitor guide distributed onsite are not included within accessible
conference materials based on the deadline dates for accessible material production.
