This show is affiliated to the International Showing Society and is a qualifier for the Royal London Show 2012

Leading Rein Pony. Mare or Gelding, 4 years and over and not exceeding 122cm.
Riders not to have attained their 9th birthday before 1st January in current year. To be
led by an attendant and shown in a snaffle bridle. Lead rein to be attached to the
noseband only. Open to all breeds/riders in their first year of showing with a new
combination rider any age
15 JJ Newbie Class (walk and trot)
Open to all breeds/riders who are novice and only wish to Walk and Trot
16 Equifest/Equimax Mountain and Moorland (E 15+ RL)
Open to all pure M&M breeds. Riders any age
17 Novice (RL)
Open to all breeds/rider who have not been place 1st before 1st January in current

23 Hunter Type
Open to any hunter type pony/horse 4 years and over. Rider any age. Judge will not
be riding and there are no jumps
24 Thoroughbreds (15+)
Open to all thoroughbreds over 4yrs.

All competitors who were placed 1st or 2nd in classes 13-24 to compete. Free

“First, second and third placed horses/ponies in eligible classes will qualify for the Champion of
Britain Title classes to be held at the Royal London Show in 2012. Each qualified horse/pony will
receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal London
Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the International
Showing Society within 28 days of the qualifying show. No horse registration is required. For up to

15+ Horse & Pony Events
To qualify for the 2012 National Championship Show the first, second and third place horse/pony in the following
classes …… will each receive a Qualification Card. To enter the National Championship Show the rider/handler and
horse/pony must register with 15+ Horse & Pony Events within 21 days of the qualifying show date. Further

Equifest Championship to be held at the
East of England Showground on the 16th – 19th August 2012.
SHOW RULES
1. Jj Equestrian have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of
everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable
precautions to avoid & prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions of the
owners/agents whether written or verbal.
2. Jj Equestrian shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident to
any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each
entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions and shall indemnify Jj Equestrian or
any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from such an incident.
3. No refunds will be given once classes are entered and entries are non transferable
4. Judges decision is final.
5. Hard hats to current BS EN 1384, PAS 015 or ASTM F1163 must be worn & correctly secured
whilst mounted if ridding English. Western will be allowed but its at riders own risk
6. All children MUST wear a hard hat if competing in hand
7. All stallions must be kept under control at all times & not handled by anyone under 16 years.
8. All droppings to be picked up and taken home or emptied in to wheelbarrows.
9. Lorries must not be mucked out onto car park.
10. No bicycles or motorcycles, except disabled scooters, anywhere on site.
11. All dogs must be kept on leads and all dog mess cleaned up.
12. No ball games permitted at any time.
13. No fires or barbeques at any time on the premises.
14. All children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
15. All rubbish/litter to be removed from site or placed in bins provided.
16. Any person who fails to comply with these terms & conditions will be liable to forfeit their fees &
expulsion from site.
17. In the event of any rider travelling to a show on their own, details of a contact should be left
with the secretary in case of an accident.
18 Photographs taken by the official photographer can and will be used for promoting JJ
Equestrian and Photographybyrobmorris.com for publicity , promotional and on website and multi
media applications.
