The ideas of the project:
Treatment:
The Genosans is a cancer treatment drug, which has been developed to treat patients with different forms and at different stages of
oncopathology cancer. This new product allows patients to achieve a full recovery.
Diagnosis:
The new and unique method of cancer diagnostic has been started. It provides easy, fast, inexpensive and precise diagnosis by
examining saliva samples.
Prevention:
The development of bio-additive, which allows people to prevent the disease, has been started.
2) The current state:
The patents for the cancer treatment and for unique method of cancer diagnostic are issued.
Preliminary studies confirm the efficiency of cancer treatment. The recovery of over a hundred terminally ill volunteers (3rd, 4th
stages of cancer) is the most substantial result of new drug’s application.
The scientific research of Genosans has demonstrated drug’s lack of toxicity.
Currently there is a research laboratory in Ukraine and a limited production of drug used for testing purposes. The drug’s certification
has been started, but was placed on hold due to the lack of funding.
3) Areas and Patients:
Every patient with cancer of any stage and location without restrictions can use proposed method of diagnostic and treatment.
According to statistics, more than 100,000 people in Ukraine are diagnosed with cancer each year. Currently, the total number of
patients in Ukraine is more than a million people. The results of other countries are: in Russia – 200 thousands per year, in the United
States – 2 million per year, in Europe – 1.5 million per year, in Asia - 3.7 million per year, worldwide – more than 14 million each year.
Today there are more than 100 million patients in the world that can be treated. It is estimated that by 2030, the number of people
contracting the disease will be near 22 million each year.
The cost of a single doze is $100. The treatment is expected to last 21 days, therefore, the total price of the treatment is estimated at
about $1,000. It should be emphasized that the drug’s mass production will significantly reduce the overall cost to about $200 per the
entire treatment.
4) Genosans’ description:
The product was developed by Professor Yevgeniy Suslov.
Cancer treatment drug Genosans is fundamentally different from existing medicines because of low toxicity level, high quality and
incredible efficiency. The active ingredient of the preparation does not lead to rapid killing of cancer cells but ensures their natural
physiological death (apoptosis) and scarring of the affected tissue. At the same time healthy tissue retains its normal function and is
not impacted in any way. A positive drug effect is achieved by complexing calcium ions and protein structure of the DNA. The lack of
calcium ions is compensated by Genosans, restoring the genome’s and the epithelial cells normal functions. These pathogenic
mechanisms of occurrence and development of cancer cells is a purpose of the proposed drug and at the same time it serves as the
basis for a sensitive and specific laboratory diagnostic of any form of cancer at different stages of its development (including precancer). The structural and molecular formula of the drug has been determined by mass-spectral analysis, which activates the
connection of calcium ions to the regulatory DNA structures.
There are credible cases of full recovery of dozens of volunteers (with second and third stages of cancer in different localizations) after
Genosans’ treatment.
World introduction of cancer treatment drug Genosans, the method of its production, the methods of treatment and diagnostic are
confirmed by Ukrainian, Russian and American patents and by proof of the discovery.
5) Advantages:
The Genosans has no analogues in the world on the mechanisms of realization and results. According to the existing data of the clinical
trials of the drug on volunteers, 86% of patients disregarding the stage of development and cancer localization have achieved a
complete recovery from the disease. The monitoring period for the volunteers in remission is now more than 10 years and none have
reported any issues or complains about the treatment.
The drug’s low toxicity, relatively low-cost and easiness of administrations, paved the way to the new prospects of treatment and
diagnosis of cancer pathology at the Global scale. High sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic methods, its simplicity and accessibility
allow mass screening for early detection of cancer pathology. In the future the chemical structure of the Genosans can be used as a
food additive in preventive purposes.

Yevgeniy Suslov – MD, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of
Sciences of Ukraine, an expert of the European Association of Pathologists. He is the author of a new concept of carcinogenesis, which
was awarded by The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine by honorary title of Platon Laureate. He is the author of the
fundamentally new methods of diagnosis and treatment of cancer. His scientific research was presented at symposiums and
conferences in Ukraine, Denmark, China and the United States.

The story of treatment #1
A patient volunteer is 70 years old. The diagnosis was lung cancer. He asked for treatment at the National Cancer Institute. When a needle biopsy of the
diagnosis was obtained, adenocarcinoma of lung and bronchus has been diagnosed. Due to a significant collapse of the lungs and bleeding the patient was
considered inoperable and the treatment was denied. With his consent he had a course of treatment of a 15% solution of the drug Genosans (a dose of 300
mg/kg). The next examination (CT scan) has showed the disappearance of the tumor.
The story of treatment #2
The patient volunteer is 60 years old. The diagnosis was adenocarcinoma of the colon with metastases in liver (6 pieces on CT). He had 3 courses of treatment
with 15% drug solution of Genosans (200 mg/kg). At the end of treatment CT scanning of the liver showed that 5 metastases were not found, one has
scarred. Patient was monitored for 5 years and had not a relapse.
The story of treatment #3
The patient volunteer is 59 years old. The diagnosis was colorectal cancer with metastases in liver (7 pieces) and extensive metastases in the omentum. In a
governmental institution chemotherapy has been carried out including oxoplatinum but no positive results were achieved. After the first treatment with 15%
drug solution of Genosans formulation of 250 mg/kg, an examination was conducted including ultrasound and CT. The results have showed the loss of 4
metastases in the liver and loss of the big one in the omentum. Moreover, treatment has significantly decreased blood supply of remaining metastases. ESR
parameter decreased from 80 mm/h to 9 mm/h.
The story of treatment #4
Patient volunteer is 80 years old. The diagnosis was lung cancer with metastases in the spine, ribs, liver. Histological lung adenocarcinoma was detected. For a
long time he had not successful recovery results in the regional oncologic dispensary both with ukrainian and foreign chemotherapy drugs. After that he had
three courses of 15% drug solution of Genosans (250 mg/kg). Than the X-ray examination has showed that the lung tumor has disappeared and rapid scarring
was in progress. Scarring of metastasis in the spine resulted in recovery of locomotor function. After treatment the patient over five years of observation
remained health.
The story of treatment #5
The patient volunteer is 40 years old. The diagnosis was breast cancer, which was confirmed by puncture biopsy after surgery resulted in metastases that
were not treated with modern chemotherapy. He has passed 5 treatments with 15 % drug solution of Genosans (200 mg/kg). After the treatment control
examination has revealed no metastasis.
