Please provide your combined template, water and primer in a clearly marked tube
at the following amounts and a final volume of 7.5 ul (6.22 ul if I am adding primer).
Primers available without additional fees: T7, SP6, M13F and M13R. Please specify if
the facility will be supplying primers.
