misfortune to either dogs, exhibitors or patrons.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for the conduct or actions of their animals while they are on
the Show grounds.
NO RING WILL BE HELD UP WAITING FOR EXHIBITORS.
The owner of dogs entered in these shows is entirely responsible for any error in entering
dogs, regardless of how or by whom the entry was made.

insist upon keeping the grounds as clean as possible. Exhibitors are responsible for
cleaning up after their dogs. Please exercise your dog BEFORE taking it to the ring.

Bitches in season are not permitted to compete. If bitches come into season after the
closing date, a veterinarian’s certificate, stating that the bitch was in season within the ten
day period before the trial must be in the Trial Secretary’s hands before the start of that
day’s trial, in order to obtain a refund of entry fees.
Limited Entry – Entries are limited to 7 hours of judging, based on 8 Novice entries per hour,
7 Open entries per hour and 6 Utility entries per hour. When the advertised limit has been
reached, all remaining entries may be assigned a position (by class) on the reserve list. The
person making the entry shall be notified of their position on the list. In the event that the
entry of a bitch in season is pulled after the closing date, it may be substituted with one from
the reserve list up to and including the day of the trial. Entry fees will be refunded within 10
days following the trial for those on the reserve list who did not participate in the trial.
Moving up: As per 6.8.1, a dog may be moved to the next level of competition providing the
transfer is submitted to the Trial Secretary in writing one hour prior to the opening of the first
trial, schedule permitting. Please note, that in order to be eligible to move up, the dog must
be individually registered with the CKC, have a PEN, an ERN, or a Miscellaneous Class
Certification.
All entries must be typed or distinctly printed. Owners are responsible for errors on the entry
forms. The OVGRC does not assume any responsibility for incorrect information or for errors
due to illegibility of information on an entry submitted by the owner or agent, or for entering a
