Note: At this time, backup service is only available to Departments who have their own internal IT support. The
Department is required to provide all 1st Level Support for their users. The primary contact will be the conduit to
receive information from AcIS on maintenance, space usage reports, and other notices as necessary.

All Technicians will be included in an email list called “department-connected”.

required to use our problem reporting software called “Remedy” and does not necessarily have to be a support
technician.
