How to manage your staff to ensure effective integrated
working.
This short course (3.5 hrs.) designed to give managers of
frontline teams practical tools for quality assuring
assessments and providing effective supervision and
support for staff working in/leading integrated teams to
ensure the best possible outcomes for families.
This course is for anyone with line management
responsibility for front line workers at Tier 2 of the Family
Wellbeing Model, who are using the Common
Assessment Framework and Team Around the
Child/Family approaches in their work.
It will help you to understand your responsibility for
supporting and supervising staff, and quality assuring and
evaluating integrated work at Tier 2.
You will also be introduced to an easy-to-use CAF
evaluation tool that will help you assess the impact your
