This show is open to all 4-H or FFA members, who are 8 years of age as of January 1, 2011, or in the third grade and must not have not reached
their 19th birthday as of September 1, 2011, who are currently enrolled in a 4-H club or FFA Chapter in Fulton Co. or attend a school in Fulton Co.
or live in Fulton Co., and exhibit an entry from a project they have recorded with a 4-H Club leader or FFA advisor, FFA members must have been
enrolled in Agriculture Education during the current year.
Exhibitors must show their own animals. No exceptions, unless the exhibitor has two animals in the same weight class, then another Jr. Exhibitor
may show the animal. Only the exhibitor will be permitted in the show ring.
Any protests concerning the livestock show or animals exhibited must be in writing and presented to the superintendent in charge or the chairman
of the show before the show ends. Weight protests must be made at the time of weighing.
All exhibits must be the property of the exhibitor and be part of a 4-H or FFA project program in 2011.
All livestock must be in place by 8:00 a.m., the day the class is shown. Judging will start at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The
decisions of the judges and livestock committee will be final.
See exhibit classes for rules concerning entries per exhibitor.
Steers and heifers must have been dropped after January 1, 2010 (See rules for Class C)
All barrows and gilts exhibited must have been farrowed on or after February 1, 2011. (See rules for Class B)
Lambs shown must have been lambed after September 1, 2010. All lambs must be docked, and meet State Health Requirements. Purebred
breeding lambs should be registered. (See rules for Class A) Crossbred ewes will be weighed.
Pens and stalls will be provided. No bedding will be furnished.
All animals will be subject to State Health Regulations. Health papers and premise ID will be checked upon entry to the park.
Trophies will be handed out at the time of the show.

each exhibitor.
Not responsible for accidents or injury to animals, should any occur.
There will be (2) divisions of showmanship (13 and under, 14 and over) for cattle, swine, and sheep.
Upon the decision of the livestock committee, unmanageable or unsafe animals may be asked to leave the grounds.
All livestock, grooming shoots & tack must be north of the west entrance to the park and north of the drive by the pavilion.

You may show either crossbred or purebred, not both. Two entries per exhibitor in each Lot except Lot: V, Pair - Market Lamb. An exhibitor may
show only one breed of sheep. All breeding animals, except crossbred, must be purebred. Market lambs should be sheared and all market lambs will be
weighed. For classes listed there must be at least two (2) head to offer the class. Crossbred ewes can either be shown in Lots III or IV, but not both.

All barrows and gilts will be weighed on the portable scales on the grounds. The division will be made by weight, putting an equal
number (as near as possible) in each weight class. All breeds will show together. An exhibitor may not show or bring more than two (2) single
barrows and one (1) single gilt regardless of the weight or lot number. Single barrows must be taken from the pair of barrows entry. If both
animals fall in the same weight class, then another junior exhibitor must show the other animal. There will be a minimum of 110 pounds and a
maximum of 245-pound limit for single barrows and gilts.

Registration papers must be presented to Beef Supt. for registered heifers and steers (please fill in date born on Entry Blank). Registered
heifers will be shown by age. Registered steers, all other breeds and crossbred heifers steers will be weighed on portable scales on the
grounds. Division will be made by weight, putting an equal number (as near as possible) in each weight class. An exhibitor may show a
maximum of 4 head, one of the totals must be a steer or heifer. For classes listed, there must be at least 4 head to offer the class. Any protests
must be made at the time of weighing.
