environment. We are going to reuse materials that still have a useful life rather than throwing
them in the landfill and create such things as a solar oven for children.
ACTORS STUDIO

Time to develop the library’s very own actors. Children will learn about acting exercises such as
charades and improvisation.
If you want to become a triple threat you can even attempt some Karaoke and dancing on the
Wii.

Let’s warm up this March Break with a food fiesta. We will pretend we are in Mexico with

If you can tie a knot, you can macrame. Join us using recycled maps and picture books to make
bookmarks with macrame flare. We will use hemp or plastic knots, beads and buttons for the
flare. Materials provided, but, bring your favourite beads or buttons from home if desired. Ages 8
