3. Responsibilities

Notes
1. Mission: Control and contain fire in order to proceed to rescue mission
immediately and minimize damages to lives and properties.
2. Scope: All (Landfill ground and neighboring slopelands).
3. Responsibilities:
3.1 Day Shift: In case of Fire or Explosion, establish a command
system according to the Emergency Response Plan. The Site
Manager should direct all unit leaders to proceed to the Emergency
Response Plan and notify the police, fire rescue, hospitals and etc..
3.2 Night Shift: In case of Fire or Explosion, the Field Unit Leader
should act as the commanding officer. Command and assign all
on-site personnel following the Emergency Response Plan and notify
the police, fire rescue, hospitals and etc..
3.3 Nighttime / Holidays: In case of Fire or Explosion, the person on
duty should take the responsibility as the commanding officer.
Command and assign all personnel from the Leachate Treatment
Plant following the Emergency Response Plan. Immediately notify
and follow the instructions of the Site Manager. Notify the police, fire
rescue, hospitals and etc..

5.1 Operate in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health
Management Plan – Emergency Response Plan.
