Training is the key!
Do you know……
 Your rights and responsibilities under Hong Kong equal opportunities law?
 How to deal with a problem of discrimination or harassment in your
company?
 Employers’ liability for the actions of their employees?
 How to minimize risk of that liability?
Under equal opportunities law, an employer is liable for any unlawful act
committed by his / her employee. Train your staff to prevent discrimination and
harassment and minimise your liability. The Equal Opportunities Commission
(EOC) is committed to ensuring that your organization is better equipped to
implement equal opportunities, manage your own complaints more effectively
and minimise the impact of discrimination and harassment upon staff and your
organization. These workshops aim to help you to do that.
Hundreds of Hong Kong companies are now attending training provided by the
EOC. The EOC is well placed to provide training and consultancy services.
We handle thousands of enquiries and complaints so our programs are
informed by the needs and experiences of both individuals as well as
organizations.
