Dear Sirs/Madams,
As you know, the Summer School of the Protein Biotechnology graduate program will be held this
year on June 4th - 7th at the Hotel Fodele Beach (a 5-star hotel with excellent premises,
accommodation and conference facilities http//www.fodelebeach.gr).
What the program covers:
All registered students of the Protein Biotechnology Graduate Program (those doing rotations,
Master’s and PhD students) must attend the Summer School. All costs for these students will be
paid by the program. This includes
1. registration
2. attendance of all sessions
3. Proceedings book and course materials
4. accommodation (apart from PhD students)
5. all meals during the whole duration of the School
6. unlimited free drinks in addition to the meals (all-inclusive basis)
7. the introductory cocktail and
8. certificate of attendance
Instructions for Poster
Participants will have the opportunity to present their research work during a poster session. This
dedicated session will allow researchers to present and discuss their work with invited speakers and
other participants. Posters will be selected by the Organizing Committee of the Protein
Biotechnology.

External students – researchers
External final year undergraduate students, Master’s/PhD graduate students or researchers are
allowed to attend the sessions and may present a poster if they wish.
Registration costs 40 euros per day, and covers the same things as for the students of the program
but without accommodation. Only registered attendees may present a poster and will be given an
attendance certificate and course materials. Please fill out the attached form.
In case you need accommodation, the preferential rates that the hotel offered us are single room: 100
Euros, double room: 150 euros. These prices are per person per night and they include both
accommodation and the all-inclusive basis for the meals.
Registration deadline: If you need accommodation: 20th May 08
If you do not need accommodation: 26th May 08
