BE IT REMEMBERED that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Pass
Christian, Mississippi met on the above date at the City Hall Court Complex, 105 Hiern
Avenue, Pass Christian, Mississippi, at 6:00 p.m. same being the time and place for said
meeting.
PRESENT: Mayor Chipper McDermott; Alderman Joseph Piernas, Aldermen Anthony
Hall, Huey Bang and Robin Rafferty; Malcolm Jones, City Attorney, and Anne Mikish,
Deputy City Clerk.
ABSENT: Alderwoman Renee Brooks, Chief Dubuisson, Val Isabelle, City Clerk
There being a quorum present to transact the business of the City, the following
proceedings were had and done.

On motion of Alderman Piernas, seconded by Alderman Rafferty, carried
unanimously, the Board approved Request for Cash No. 1 in the amount of $377,334.09
for Project No. R-103-291-01 KED, Pass Christian Harbor Development Project. Exhibit

On motion of Alderman Hall, seconded by Alderman Rafferty, carried
unanimously, the Board approved Request for Cash No. 2 in the amount of $3,905.00 for
Project No. R-103-291-01 KED, Pass Christian Harbor Development Project.

On motion of Alderman Rafferty, seconded by Alderman Bang, carried
unanimously, the Board approved Request for Cash and Summary Support Sheet No. 24
in the amount of $77,783.32 for CDBG Project # R-109-291-02-KCR, City Hall Project
and CDBG Project # R-109-291-03-KCR, in the amount of $177,963.48 Library Project,
and approved payment of invoices. Exhibit A-3

On motion of Alderman Rafferty, seconded by Alderman Hall, carried
unanimously, the Board approved Request for Cash and Summary Support Sheet No. 36
in the amount of $94,650.89 for CDBG Project # R-103-291-01-KCR, Streetscape

On motion of Alderman Rafferty, seconded by Alderman Hall, carried
unanimously, the Board amended the agenda to add Summary Support Sheet No. 37 in
the amount of $75,576.66 and approved payment of the invoice. Exhibit Amended A-4a

On motion of Alderman Rafferty, seconded by Alderman Bang, carried
unanimously, the Board adopted an Order Setting Public Hearing Date of August 17,
2010 for Motor Vehicle and Manufactured Homes Ad Valorem Tax Schedule for FY

On motion of Alderman Rafferty, seconded by Alderman Piernas, carried
unanimously, the Board designated Espy Avenue as a Temporary Truck Route while
Menge Avenue is temporarily closed for CDBG Infrastructure Project by Harrison
County Utility Authority (HCUA) upon the condition that HCUA will accept
responsibility for reasonable and necessary repairs to Espy Avenue caused by the
diversion of this traffic.

unanimously, the Board adjourned.
