Attendance: Russ Bell, Ann Bell, Carl Olson, Travis Sanders, Christine Munson, Joe
Hirliman, Ted Farnham, Merrie Maxon, Stephanie DePonceau, Patty D’Angelo, Danielle
Bergman, Jim Bergman
Call to Order: 6:32 p.m.
Travis Sanders makes a motion to accept June 2015 minutes, Mary Fales seconds it and
all are in favor.
President’s Report: Bradford is now in WNY and they will have all Mohl teams,
Syracuse is also in WNY but they will be AA
-Sept 26th is Mohl scheduling
-Tier III will have 3 teams this year at 18u, Jamestown, Fredonia and ?? There will be 3
at 16u also
-Regals and West Seneca are kicked out of WNY, we have been asked to not schedule
any games with either association!!
-Bantams: considering letting us have two teams in Mohl, would have two separate
rosters
Registrar’s Report: Needs USA Hockey numbers ASAP
Ice Coordinator: N/A
Tournament Director: Aug/Sept should start seeing some registration for next year
Coaching Coordinator: waiting on JHS confirmation for classrooms for clinic, also need
to get the ice for this also, Sept 12th
-Sent and email about screenings, safe sport, etc
-Midget scheduling is August 12th
VP House: N/A
New Business:
-Squirt B coach? We need one….
-On the website there is an online store for jersey’s people need to order ASAP, can also
order socks there too
Fundraising: $20 ticket card, Carl Olson makes a motion that the ticket fundraising is
ADM and up this year, Ted Farnham seconds it, and all are in favor
-Director at large-they should be done in July
Ice Fee’s for Beginner and ADM
Beginner = $75 and $75 for equipment rental
ADM = $355
Chris Munson makes a motion for beginner and ADM ice fees as stated, Ted Farnham
seconds it and all are in favor
-We need to appoint a high school coach ASAP, Bud will start the interviews so we can
vote one in next month
Carl Olson makes a motion to adjourn at 8:04 p.m. Stephanie DePonceau seconds it and
all are in favor.
