Adoption of the Agenda (CONSTRUCT 08/822 REV1)
The agenda of the meeting was adopted with certain re-arrangements.

Adoption of the minutes of the 67th SCC meeting (CONSTRUCT 08/821)
The minutes were approved with certain amendments. FI asked to introduce "if nationally required
performance levels are satisfied" at the end of 4.2. DE asked for a correction of the minutes in 4.3
concerning the indication of the amended EN version in the information accompanying the CE marking
and in the declaration of conformity. Concerning 4.4, DK and SE asked for correction, as it was Mr.
Jerking who presented the ADCO report and not Mr. Nilvall.
It was agreed to upload the revised version on SCC Circa.

Draft Commission Decision on AoC system for sealants (CONSTRUCT 08/829)
The draft decision was then adopted as in the original Commission proposal by qualified majority
supported by all the delegations present (287 votes for, 39 votes against, no abstentions) while EL, LV
and MT were absent (19 votes).

Draft Commission Decision amending Decision 2000/367/EC on Resistance to Fire
(CONSTRUCT 08/830) (Fire-related item)
After detailed discussion the Chairman preferred to withdraw the proposal and asked EOTA to submit a
new proposal limited only to what is necessary to complete EOTA work.
