LANGUAGE MONITOR
You are also called the language
watchdog.
 You must make sure that
everyone speaks English all the time.
 You record any difficulties with the
use of English during the group work.
TIME MONITOR
It’s your job to watch the time.
 You are responsible for starting and
for being finished on time.
 During the group work, you remind
the members of your group regularly
of how much time is left.
RECORDER
You are the one with the neat
handwriting.
 You are responsible for the poster
or the transparency.
 You can take notes during the group
work and use the notes to create the
poster or transparency.
PRESENTER
You present the product of your
group’s work in class.
 During the group work you collect
words and phrases you might use in
your presentation.
 You work closely with the recorder
while he/she is preparing the poster or
transparency.
