Flow Test of the H2 Purifier

The purpose of this test was to check the flow rate of the palladium H2
purifier for NPDGamma to ensure that the rated flow can be achieved.
Setup:
Zero-grade UHP hydrogen is introduced to the purifier at 200 psi, with the
purifier output hooked to a graduated cylinder filled with water.
Results of 4 measurements of the time to displace 1000 ml of water: 8.31
sec, 8.15 sec, 8.07 sec, 8.45 sec. Inferred flow rate is 7.3 liters/min.
Estimated error is 5% from reading the graduated cylinder.
