Please pass on to the AC Tourist Asssoc.
Our Tearoom is now closed and will not reopen. After 14 years, we have decided that with all the other things we are
involved in, it is time to let something go!! It was a lot of work!! We will still sell jams, jellies, pickles and home baking.
With the addition of the Market (at least 20-24 pies per week alone) and with our vegetable and flower gardens,
strawberries, blueberries and raspberries for sale, I think I will have enough! Thanks to all who supported us over the
years.

Please review the attached information on the upcoming Job Fair.
This is the perfect opportunity to meet potential student employees. You don't need a fancy booth or literature to pass
out, all you have to do is come to represent your company and collect resumes from the students. Should you already
have your students hired for the season I would still encourage you to participate to scout for future student employees.
Seasonal staffing can be challenging so why not attend the Job Fair and be well prepared.
Please confirm your attendance so that we can reserve your space.
Thank you,
Tammy Keiver

Regional collaboration key message of CAP and of Atlantic Prosperity Summit 2011
Kentville, N.S. - When the Council of Atlantic Premiers agreed on May 16 to strengthen collaboration between their
provinces, the four premiers were sending forth the same message as the expert speakers at the 2011 Atlantic Prosperity
Summit held in Greenwich, N.S.
During their meeting in Sussex, N.B., the premiers committed to working together through regional collaboration to
improve public services to their citizens while lessening duplication and reducing costs to taxpayers.
“That echoes the same message we at the Atlantic Provinces Chambers of Commerce consistently promote, which is
regional collaboration and cooperation for the economic prosperity of the region,” says Bill Denyar, APCC president &
CEO.

Hello / Bonjour,
It’s with great pleasure that I am announcing our non-for-profit FREE day, as it’s known coming up on June 12th.
On this day, we like to recognize our visitors and our community allowing everyone to enter the Hopewell Rocks for free in

also have a draw for a Hopewell Rocks family season pass (value $60.00) available to anyone who donates $10.00 or
more. Please make a real difference with our food bank this year, and pass the word along to all your family, friends,
guests readers and listeners. I have attached a poster to make this task easier for you!
I would also like to invite artisans and business owners to contact me to discuss you coming on site to do interactive
demonstrations, promotions and even sales of your beautiful products!
This particular Sunday will be ending National Tourism Week, which we will be taking part in several promotions. We will
be the city of Moncton’s proud partner of the day on June 12th and encouraging everyone to visit the Hopewell Rocks and

Subject: Job Fair Follow-Up
Hello to all,
Now that we've all had time to review the collected resumes and to contact the students of interest from the Job Fair, I
would like to hear from you, the employers;
Did you hire any students as a result of the Job Fair? If yes, how many?
Did the Job Fair simplify the hiring process?
Any success stories as a result of the Job Fair?
Was the time you invested in attending the Job Fair worthwhile?
Would you suggest a different date for the Job Fair?
Would you prefer morning or afternoon for the Job Fair?
Would you participate in a future Job Fair?
Would you encourage other employers to participate in the Job Fair?
Please share your experience, thoughts and suggestions regarding the Job Fair to assist in future planning.
Again, many thanks to those who attended the 2011 Job Fair and I'll be anxious to hear from you,
Tammy
