INGREDIENT(S) POSING HAZARD: The identity of the components of this mixture is proprietary information and is regarded to be a trade secret, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1910.1200 of Title 29 of the Code of

Federal Regulations. However, based on health hazard determination of contained ingredients present at a concentration greater than one percent, this mixture presents the following health hazards:

Possible Routes of Entry: Skin contact, Eye contact, Inhalation, Ingestion.

Effects of Acute Exposure: May be irritating to skin, eyes and respiratory system.

Effects of Chronic Exposure: Unknown.

Section I V_____FIRST AID PROCEDURES

INHALATION: Remove from the exposure to fresh air.

EYE CONTACT: Flush immediately with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Contact a physician if irritation persists.

SKIN CONTACT: Remove any contaminated clothing. Wash affected areas thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, contact a physician.

INGESTION: Give water or milk to dilute. Contact a physician immediately.

Section V_____FIRE, EXPLOSION AND REACTIVITY DATA

FLASH POINT: 140 ºF (Fahrenheit) ; 60 °C (Celsius)

EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemical.

UNUSUAL FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS: Empty containers retain product residue (liquid or vapor) and can be dangerous. They should be rinsed with water and disposed of properly. Soaked rags or paper may pose a spontaneous combustion hazard in unsealed trash receptacles.

SPECIAL HANDLING/HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION PRODUCTS: Self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing should be worn when fighting fires involving chemicals. Burning releases carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and other unidentified organic compounds.

STABILITY: Product is stable under normal storage and use. Hazardous polymerization will not occur.

CONDITIONS/MATERIALS TO AVOID: Strong oxidizing agents, heat, sparks or flame.

Section VI______EXPOSURE CONTROL/PERSONAL PROTECTION

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: None generally required. If desired wear NIOSH approved respirator.

VENTILATION: General, meeting ACGIH criteria as needed to control vapor.

PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Use chemical resistant gloves as needed to avoid prolonged or repeated contact.

EYE PROTECTION: Use goggles or face shield when possible eye contact may occur.

OTHER PROTECTION: None required.

SPILL AND LEAK PROCEDURES: Eliminate all ignition sources. Ventilate area. Contain spill and absorb spill onto inert material. Place material into a suitable container and dispose of in accordance with local regulations. Do not leave soaked rags or paper in unsealed receptacles as spontaneous combustion may sometimes occur under certain circumstances.
