GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. Bidders are requested to fill in, sign, stamp and return (Annex 2) the Offer Form(s) according to
ACTED’s format.
2. Bidders must also attach a copy of Company registration certificate and/or license

sealed envelope with the mention “not to be opened before 14/08/2010” and the Tender reference

4. All offers delivered in sealed envelopes to ACTED Offices listed above must be signed and stamped on
each page.
5. The closing date of this tender is fixed at August 14th 2010 (14/08/2010), 05:00PM Iraq Time for Email applications and in hand delivery. Late offers will not be considered and will be automatically
rejected.

INSTRUCTION FOR TENDER SUBMISSION:
1. Please fill all required information in the Offer Form for each of the items for which you apply.
2. Please fill all required information in the Company Profile Form and attach your company requisites
and registration documents.
3. Put all required documents (as listed under Section E below) signed and stamped into an envelope
and seal & stamp it.
4. Make a copy of these documents and include them in a separate envelope.
5. Write the tender reference on the 2 envelops as indicated above
6. Send both envelop by hand delivery to the address (es) mentioned above.
7. If you are not in a position to send your offer(s) by hand delivery, you can send your offer(s) over email to ACTED by respecting the instructions below:
a. Scan your offer(s) after it is signed and stamped;
b. Make sure that your scan copy is clear and readable;

c. Send it to iraq.tender@acted.org with a delivery confirmation request before the deadline
mentioned above.
d. In the subject line, mention the tender reference (see above, 1st page)
8. Suppliers sending their offer by E-mail only will be requested to submit original offers at a later

b. The submission of offer(s) to this call for tender may not result in the award of a contract.
c. ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection
with the preparation and submission of the bids to ACTED.
d. Only Shortlisted Suppliers will be contacted.
