High standard of mental health act documentation; for example, treatment plans, mental health review board reports Takes reasonable care to protect the health and safety of themselves, fellow staff and others in the workplace. Complete incident reports / risk assessment Elect and support health and safety representatives Contribute to risk assessments Participate in training and meetings regarding safety Preparation of medico-legal and staff progress reports in order to satisfy the DHS, legal and organizational requirements for Mercy Mental Health Under the guidance of the Clinical Services Director, provide clinical leadership and input into clinical service provision Regular patient reviews Attend ward rounds as required Adhere to MPHI policy on complaints process Act as a role model in the adoption of a customer service focus for both internal and external customers Investigate consumer complains as directed by Clinical Services Director, Mental Health Services.
