Please answer the following questions to the best of your knowledge.
1. Are you at least a sophomore anthropology major at UCB or other instutution, and if so
what method courses have you taken toward your major? If not, what is your academic
status?
2. Have you previously enrolled in either an archaeological field school or a geological field
camp, and if so, from what institution, and when.
3. What field camping experience do you have (when, where, car camping, or backpacking).
You are required to furnish your own camping gear, including a tent, sleeping bag, cooking
equipment, and appropriate clothing.
