Granted permission to waive tuition until the end of the school year for Aleta Timpson, Grade 11,

Approved the Assistant Director of Finance job description revision, effective 5/21/07.
Approved to create a Wilson Educational Foundation and to establish IRS Section 501(c) 3 status using
attorneys from Fox Rothchild.
Approved the Resolution of House Bill 466 which requires the Pennsylvania Department of Education to
fund cyber charter schools and not use taxpayer’s dollars.
Approved to contract with Austill’s Rehabilitation Service, Inc., for 3.5 days per week of occupational
therapy services at $57 per hour and 3 days per week of speech therapy services at $63 per hour for the
2007-2008 school year.

Approved to enter into an agreement to partner with Market Street Sports Group to assist Wilson School
District through the procurement of corporate sponsorships. The final form of agreement shall be subject to
the approval of both the Wilson School District Solicitor and Administration. The agreement shall provide
that the District has absolute discretion to approve any proposed sponsor and has the right to unilaterally
terminate the agreement with Market Street.

Steve Leever and Luke Hadfield gave a presentation on middle school.
Enrollment Update - As of May 16, 2007, the total district enrollment is 5,707 students. This is a decrease of 17
students since last month’s report.
